By downloading, installing, or using TheBuild ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

TheBuild is a fitness tracking application that allows you to import workouts from social media, log exercise sessions, and track your fitness progress over time.

User Accounts

You must create an account to use TheBuild. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per person is permitted.

Acceptable Use

TheBuild is for personal fitness tracking only. You must not:

  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Share your account with others
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App

Workout Content

Community workouts are sourced from public social media content. TheBuild does not claim ownership of third-party workout content. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown requests.

Rate Limits

Workout import limits apply based on your account type. Limits reset daily at midnight UTC.

  • Free accounts: 3 imports per day
  • Premium accounts: 10 imports per day

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. All data will be permanently removed. TheBuild may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TheBuild is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees of specific fitness results.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. TheBuild is a tool, not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.

Limitation of Liability

TheBuild is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from your use of the App or the workout content within it. Use the App at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
