How do I import a workout?
Tap the import button (the plus icon) at the bottom of the screen. Paste a URL from Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube and tap "Import". Our AI will structure the workout for you in a few seconds.
What platforms are supported?
TheBuild supports workout videos from Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube. If the video is publicly accessible, TheBuild can import it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account inside the app. All your workout data, saved workouts, and account information will be permanently removed immediately.
My imported workout looks wrong
Our AI does its best to accurately structure every video, but complex or unusual formats can occasionally produce errors. Email us at support.thebuild@thesetter.info with the video URL and a description of the issue and we'll look into it.
